Matt Nourse and Sunny Brar compete at The Arnold Classic Weightlifting

Congratulations to Matt Nourse and Sunny Brar who both performed very well at the Arnold Schwarzenegger Weightlifting Classic (part of The Arnold Sports Festival) in Columbus, Ohio, USA this past Saturday (5th March).

Sunny performed superbly with a clean and jerk of 90kg and personal bests in the snatch and total of 75...kg and 165kg respectively. This spectacular performance delivered her victory in the 63kg class! A fantastic achievement for a British Olympic Weightlifter.
